These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 71bat platform. By registering an account or placing any bet you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and 71bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered through the 71bat website and mobile interface. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or in any way accessing the 71bat platform, you represent that you have read and understood these T&C in full and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 71bat platform and close your account. Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an active account on the 71bat platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 71bat strictly enforces the minimum age requirement. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
- You must not currently be self-excluded from any gambling platform or gambling activity as a result of a responsible gaming measure you previously applied.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
71bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
71bat is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Submitting false age information is a serious breach of these T&C and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Account Registration and Management
Each eligible individual may maintain only one registered account on the 71bat platform. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:
- One account per person, per device, and per household is permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, 71bat reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit balances therein.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password). 71bat will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Account sharing — permitting any third party to access or use your 71bat account — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
- You must notify 71bat support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 71bat will investigate and, where appropriate, take protective measures including temporary account suspension.
71bat reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including accounts that are inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. Players will be notified before any dormancy action is taken where practicable. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be preserved for a minimum of twelve months following the dormancy closure notice.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 71bat platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 71bat may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 71bat does not impose a platform-level minimum withdrawal requirement, though individual payment providers may apply their own minimums.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. This is an anti-money-laundering control measure.
- 71bat processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, technical maintenance, or when additional KYC verification is required.
- 71bat reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to: proof of identity, proof of address, and payment method ownership verification.
Deposits made to your 71bat account are held in a segregated player funds account. Player funds are not used for operational expenditure of the platform and are available for withdrawal subject to these T&C and any applicable bonus wagering requirements that remain outstanding on the account at the time of the withdrawal request.
All deposits and withdrawals at 71bat are in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. No currency conversion is applied and no foreign transaction fees are charged to the player.
Bonuses and Promotions
71bat offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. The following terms apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's individual T&C states otherwise:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be fulfilled before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in the cancellation of all associated bonus amounts.
- 71bat reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back any bonus at any time if it believes the bonus was claimed fraudulently, in breach of these T&C, or in abuse of the promotion mechanism.
- Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. A bonus only becomes cashable after all associated wagering requirements have been met in full.
- Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), BPL season, and IPL season — are subject to the same general bonus T&C unless the specific promotion states individual terms that override them.
Free spins awarded as part of a bonus or promotion are subject to the same wagering requirement rules as cash bonuses unless explicitly specified otherwise. Free spin winnings will be credited as bonus funds and must complete the applicable rollover before withdrawal.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the 71bat platform are governed by their individual game rules as published within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. The following principles apply to all game activity on the platform:
- All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) use independently certified random number generators. 71bat does not manipulate or influence RNG outcomes in any way.
- Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules and outcomes of live games are determined solely by the physical game elements in the providers' studios.
- Sports betting markets are settled according to the official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). In the event of a dispute regarding result settlement, 71bat's determination will be final.
- In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game play, bet placement, or result calculation, 71bat reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. 71bat will not be liable for any losses or missed wins resulting from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
Winnings generated through exploitation of software errors, glitches, or bugs are not considered legitimate winnings and will be voided. Players who discover a technical error are required to stop playing and notify 71bat support immediately. Continued play with the knowledge of an error constitutes a breach of these T&C.
Responsible Gaming
71bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The following tools and policies are in place to support players who wish to manage their gaming activity:
- Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
- Self-exclusion: players may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 7 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to log in or place wagers, and promotional communications will be suspended.
- Reality check reminders: players may configure session time reminders that notify them of how long they have been actively playing within a single session. These reminders are available in 30-minute, 1-hour, and 2-hour intervals.
- Underage access prevention: 71bat employs age verification controls at registration and reserves the right to require additional age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 71bat platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate referral to relevant authorities:
- Collusion: coordinating with other players, whether on the same platform or through external channels, to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or tournament.
- Bonus abuse: systematic exploitation of bonus offers through methods including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting using bonus funds in a way designed to circumvent rollover requirements, or exploitation of promotional errors.
- Money laundering: using the 71bat platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to obscure the source of funds. 71bat cooperates fully with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity.
- Use of automated tools: deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or exploit game mechanics without genuine human engagement.
- Harassment or abusive behaviour: directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward 71bat staff, live casino dealers, or other platform users through any channel including chat functions.
71bat's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Players who believe a prohibited conduct determination was made in error may submit a formal written dispute to [email protected]. Disputes will be reviewed within 14 business days.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 71bat's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
71bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if 71bat has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 71bat does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Amendments to These Terms
71bat reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated T&C will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially alter players' rights or obligations, 71bat will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the 71bat platform after any amendment to these T&C constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised T&C, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. 71bat will honour the withdrawal of any existing balance in your account regardless of whether you accept the revised T&C, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or compliance holds apply.
